Policies

  • Open from May to Columbus Day
  • In Season: Memorial Day to Labor Day

  • Deposit: 50% of stay. Balance 30 prior to your arrival for weekly rentals. All deposits and reservations are final sales. No refunds or cancellations.
  • Off season rates available.
  • Visa/Mastercard, Money orders, or Cash accepted.
  • Personal checks accepted for deposits only.
  • Must be 21 or older to rent cottages.
  • Registered guests only. No visitors.
  • Check in time: 4PM - 7PM, Office closes promptly at 7PM daily.
  • Day of Departure Check out time: 10:00 AM
  • Refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, and cable TV with remote
  • Campfires at designated areas only.
  • All linens are supplied for daily rentals, EXCEPT POOL TOWELS
  • All bedding linens are supplied for weekly rentals, please bring your own bath and pool towels.

REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. NO Cancellations or Refunds for weekly rentals.

PET POLICY:

  • We allow one (1) dog per cottage 30 Lbs or less. Non-shedding, hyper-allergenic only.
  • There is a $25 dollar a day charge for pets per cottage.
  • We require a $100 security deposit.

The deposit is refundable upon inspection/check out. It is required that when walking your dog on the property, he/she is leashed at all times and pick up after them. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the cottage. The dog must leave with you. When making reservations please notify us if you plan on bringing your pets along.
